Partnership was key during a long relationship with this central Hastings school as renovations and new buildings continued to be implemented by Simkin Construction over a number of years.
As with many school renovations, Simkin managed the safe removal of asbestos and upgraded safety features including fire protection, earthquake strengthening and service access all while ensuring minimal disruption to daily school life.
Working with Dougan Larkworthy Team Architects, Simkin successfully elevated an ageing facility to a truly modern educational space.
